For practical reasons, I decide to name the concept that I presented during Feedback Frenzy. This concept enables you to reflect on yourself. Besides this, I've decided, after Feedback Frenzy, to add another social feature in which people can set communal goals and support each other. Both of these aspects made me think of an echo, which is why I'll use that name (at least for now).
Before Feedback Frenzy ( Feedback Frenzy | March 22, 2021 ), Echo consisted of 4 pillars. (Shown below)

Analyze
Echo should function as an escape from your smartphone world. You find yourself immersed in this digital world and echo reminds you that you're simply 'doing something on an app'. It then enables you to quickly reflect on your current emotional state as a result of the action your performing at that very moment.
Become Competent
Translating the initially created awareness into actual habits that you can maintain, will help you applying what you've learned. "I am on Instagram for too long when I just wake up" → Habit: don't use Social media before 10am.
Become Conscious
The key of echo is to start realizing an creating awareness of how your smartphone is but a tool. When you get sucked into your device, you could take a step back and acknowledge your relationship with your device. Understanding your own dependency, your cravings, your unconscious habits, is what's necessary to initiate positive behavioral change.
Maintain
Key of behavioral change is repetition. Applying habits continuously will integrate them into your natural rhythm.

Initial Structure of all the features that Echo would contain. Top part is anywhere during the smartphone experience, bottom part is in the app itself.

Exploration of a social aspect to the app. A paradox exists within this concept that needs a balance between enough social commitment and a lack social pressure. In this sketch (left bottom), various ways of communications are mapped based on their humanity and anonymity. Alcohol Anonymous has proven to be very effective for addicts, who can speak with real people, but still feel comfortable because it's anonymous. In digital ways, audio appeared to be the most suitable fit.
