Overall you're in the right direction. I've marked in ⭐️ the comments you should pay attention to, although all the rest are relevant as well. It's good practice to use examples. Why is Jira X and why is Miro Y. etc. Same with your sketches. You've referenced some tools, that's great and should be refined.
Note that a short video does not equal talking fast, but rather choosing your words wisely. Try to see where you repeat yourself and cut it out. You've published your video very early. Next time I'd suggest watching it a day later, and making a new version that's clearer and cleaner.
I think you're doing really well Tom, I really like seeing how every decision you make is based directly on insights that you've gathered and you should really continue showing this throughout your rationale.
⭐️ You started out explaining everything really well in the beginning but a few minutes in, a lot of words were used that made me scratch my head, like what the hell is a "sales-funnel" haha. I understand that this had to be a really short video but I think in your document it will be really important to briefly explain all the terminology that you use. You could use:

💡 Or something like call outs

Or perhaps an entirely different page with explanations that you can link to when using specific terminology
⭐️I think you already show a lot of your research but still get to the point, so in my opinion you've got that down. However I'd love to see your sketches in more detail. You've showed your idea but didn't really go into what specific things we we're looking at. I'd love to see you go into more detail on that
As I said before, you really link every choice you make to insights that you found. Because of this I'm confident you made the right choice for the concept. Now I'm really curious to see if user tests will help validate and shape your concept into a full product.
I think you clearly described the role of a product owner. The tasks and goals are clear. I am not really sure if the thing you're trying to fix is: Making their lives easier - or - include (almost) every stakeholder in the process to create a communal understanding - or is it a combination?
⭐️ "Miro lacks depth" - I am not really sure if I understand what you mean. I know Miro wasn't integrated and that could be a problem, but lacking depth doesn't ring a bell. Maybe you actually explained it a little later, your concept needs to be flexible and complex. You could explain this with examples. Miro works for this, but if it gets more complex (Like in situation such and such), it's not a good fit anymore.
⭐️ I also noticed you wrote that Jira isn't user friendly, but might that not be too oversimplified? There's probably some particular issues. If so, explain these, so we know what you're trying to fix.
I really like the insight that a particular way of working for one company is not a valid foundation to build your concept on. The insight that every company customizes this, is really valuable.
