A tool that enables you to reflect on apps or smartphone behavior according to your own set preferences. It can be specified towards your behavior patterns. It allows you to reflect in a certain moment and it will offer you an overview of your emotional patterns.

Rewrite the screen time functionality. It is not about the amount of minutes overall, but about the feeling someone has abut the usage. Rewriting content with this in mind. 3 hours of Netflix isn't per se a bad thing, that's up to the user to decide.

Often it appeared that in social environments for example, people still use their smartphones because it's become an autonomous action that does not require any conscious 'green light'. If that auto pilot finds different types of barriers every time, there is less of a likelihood that the unconscious action occurs. This concept causes barriers by a deliberate changing bad User Interface.
