How can I design a viable mobile application that creates a digital distraction-free environment that enables an initiative of sustained mindful habits for people who are experiencing mental disorders?

Design Challenge (29 Jan)

→ Implying that distractions should be muted/numbed in order to enable new habits.

→ "Mobile application" is a direction that I am not sure I will follow through with.

→ "People who are experiencing mental disorders" should be specified, who am I going to be able to interview and test with?

→ "are experiencing" doesn't include preventing it from happening.

How can smartphones be re-purposed to help young adults that experience (mild) mental disorders, with the development of a mindful lifestyle?

→ The target audience might still a bit broad.

→ "re-purposed" should be defined in the sub challenges.

→ What do I mean with "(mild) mental disorders"?
